Terms and Conditions: igGadgets, a division of CityRoom, Inc., offers businesses and individuals the Homepage Gadgetry service whereby they can license Gadgets for exclusive use of product space within the Gadget. Licensees do not own the Gadgets created for them by the Homepage Gadgetry. Licensees are given permission to use the Homepage Gadgetry website, and other related websites, to market their content. By uploading content to our site, for placement in Gadgets owned by us, we do not in any way claim ownership of content. Licensees retain full ownership of their products, promotional materials, brand names, trademarks, etc. .... By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, Licensees declare that they have the international legal right to use and distribute all text and images which they upload to our websites, and that that they will not knowingly violate any copyright laws. .... Gadget Licensees must accept that paying licensing fees does not bind CityRoom, Inc., or its divisions, in anyway beyond the initial service offered of (a) creating the Gadget (b) submitting the Gadget to third--party Gadget directories, (c) submitting the Gadget to Google's gadget directory; nor does it hold our company responsible for success of the Gadget, the scope of the distribution, or the amount of traffic it receives. .... While CityRoom, Inc. does make the promise that we will not intentionally remove the Gadget from our server during a period of one (1) year from date of payment received (unless it has been determined that the Gadget violates local or international laws), we must warn Licensees that distribution of Gadgets using the Google platform depends on services provided by Google, Inc. Changes or interruptions in the services provided by iGoogle may result in our Licensee's Gadgets being no longer made available to the public, in which case a refund may not be offered.
